Big D & the Good News Blues: Music/Videos

This is an old original Big D song. It's about an accident I came upon in 1996. I drove by the accident and saw a woman (Joanne) lying deceased on the ground with one of those blankets covering her. I didn't know this person, but it affected me in a very big way. As with a lot of things that bother me, God gave me a song about it. The names of the people are real, but the story, well, it's what I believe God gave me to reach people, and bring home the point of how absolutely powerless we are as humans to control the day of death. The only thing we can do is choose to follow Jesus Christ Who gives us Eternal Life. If you don't believe in heaven or hell, consider this, what if you're wrong?
